Peacefully at his home in Ffordd Ffynnon, Rhuddlan aged 68 years.
Dearly loved partner of Lynne, loving step dad of Meghan and Hannah, proud grandad to Sullivan and a dear friend to many.
Funeral Service and Committal will be held at the Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, St. Asaph on Thursday, 10th April at 1:00pm.
No flowers please, but if desired, donations in memory of Ian will be gratefully received towards the Renal Unit and the Diabetic Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital.
